These Terms govern access to the websites, platforms, and engineering services provided by Clearer Thought LLC ("Clearer Thought", "we"). By engaging our services or accessing our platforms you agree to these Terms.

Engagement terms, deliverables, payment schedules, and acceptance criteria for any custom engineering work are governed by the signed Statement of Work between the parties. Standard engagements require an initial structural deployment deposit upon contract signing.

All intellectual property, source code, and architectural materials produced by Clearer Thought remain the property of Clearer Thought LLC except where explicitly assigned in writing.
